Are your garments true to size?
As with different ready to wear brands, handmade clothing will vary in size depending on pattern origins. I make all garments true to their pattern sizes. The best way to find clothing that fits when shopping online is to know your little ones measurements in either inches or centimetres. Please therefore refer to the size charges on each garment when purchasing. If in doubt and you need assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
What is your turnaround time?
I endeavour to make and ship your order as soon as possible, (normally within a few days) however this may take up to 21 days in busy periods. Should you need your order for before a particular date please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
I love a style but would like a different print/colour, is this possible?
If I have sufficient stock in your alternative fabric choice of course this will be no problem at all. Please message me with your choices and I will be happy to assist.
